The website of Uttran now in online. The URL http://www.uttaran.net.

Uttaran (Transition), a people centred NGO using a rights based approach to
empower poor communities and reduce poverty. Uttaran works across the
coastal region of southwest Bangladesh. It is gradually expanding the
activities to other parts of the country. Uttaran is focused on human
rights, land rights and agrarian reform, sustainable water management,
community based river basin management, adaptation to climate change,
sustainable agriculture and food security.

Your feedback would highly appreciated for improve its design, content and
presentation.
