এছাড়াও সাধারণ জনগণ যেন সহজে তাদের সমস্যার সুনির্দিষ্ট দিক নির্দেশনা ও সমাধান পেতে পারে সে জন্য হট লাইন নম্বর: ০১৭৭২২৬৫৯৯৫ চালু করেছে।
