In 2011, Global Voices collaborated with the 11Eleven Project to raise awareness of the UN Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) through global citizen storytelling.
As the Bangladesh implementing partner, Machizo Multimedia documented life across Bangladesh on 11/11/11 through photos, videos, and blog posts under the motto “Share Your Life With the World.”
The contributions became part of “A Global Documentary,” featuring stories from many countries. The film was screened in New York on 21 September 2012 during the United Nations International Day of Peace.
